As your personal trainer, I am your partner and walk with you on your journey to improve your physical fitness. I appreciate where you are when we begin, push you in the direction we deem you need and want to go, and support you all the way. Your program is developed after we meet to discuss your goals, assess your current level of strength, mobility and endurance, and discuss any limitations you have before beginning.

I specialize in regaining overall health for individuals in recovery.
Addiction isn’t isolated to alcohol or other drugs. It spreads in many directions. Perhaps, your drug of choice is food, shopping or gambling. There are similarities to all of these issues.
